Commuter Davao to US

My African Brother in Law lives in Davao and commutes to USA on job assignments for Wind Farm and Nuclear Power.

He has been for several years trying to get me to at least do an extended visit for reconnaissance purposes.

My last 2 week visit was 20 years ago without air conditioning. Felt like the Gulf Coast of the USA during summertime.

A friend living here in Houston in the oil industry now working for Amazon said that Eden in Toril has a cooler climate than the lowlands of Davao City.

Trying to find Real Estate listings for that area or an agent that can help an old man find a cooler climate similar to Bagiou or Tagaytay,
