Best places to live around Manila - say 90 mins or so to NAIA

Hello, I'm looking to relocate to the Philippines in late 2024. Looking at possibilities around the Manila area, perhaps avoiding expense of central Manila. Close proximity to malls, restaurants etc. Easy trips to the beach or mountains. Easy access to NAIA for trips away. From estimates of living costs I have plenty of money. Hoping to get 3br furnished accommodation of a high standard for, say, 35000 pesos monthly which I understand will rule out central Manila but I can afford more if I have to. Thanks in advance for your thoughts
