"It is important to research the healthcare options available in Salalah before having a baby. Make sure to find a doctor or midwife who is experienced in delivering babies in the area. It is also important to be aware of the cultural norms and expectations in Oman when it comes to childbirth and parenting. It is also a good idea to connect with other expat parents in the area to get advice and support.
