Pack a hat, sunglasses, and plenty of sunscreen to protect against the strong sun. Bring any prescription medications you need, as well as a basic first aid kit. It's also a good idea to pack insect repellent and any specific toiletries you can't live without, as they may be hard to find or more expensive in Belize. If you plan on hiking or exploring the jungle, pack sturdy shoes and possibly some hiking gear. Remember to bring important documents such as your passport, driver's license, and any necessary visas or work permits.
