If you're moving to Potsdam for work or study, check if your employer or university offers any assistance with finding housing. Some institutions have partnerships with local landlords or housing agencies and can help you secure a place to live. Consider hiring a real estate agent to help with your search. While this will incur additional costs, an agent can save you time and stress by finding properties that meet your criteria and arranging viewings on your behalf.
