Osaka is a bustling city with a rich history and culture, offering plenty of activities for retirees, including museums, parks, and a vibrant food scene. However, it's also a very busy and crowded city, which may not suit everyone's lifestyle. Public transportation in Osaka is efficient and reliable, but it can also be crowded, especially during rush hour. Owning a car can be expensive due to the cost of parking and toll roads.
