What do expats find most challenging?
We asked expats and digital nomads what they find the most challenging about the local culture in Armenia. They wrote...
"Expats in Armenia often find the language barrier to be one of the most challenging aspects of the local culture. Additionally, the country's conservative values and traditions can be difficult to adjust to for those coming from more liberal backgrounds. Furthermore, the lack of public transportation and the prevalence of bribery and corruption can be difficult to navigate for those unfamiliar with the local customs," mentioned another expat when asked about moving to Armenia.
