What do expats find most challenging?
We asked expats and digital nomads what they find the most challenging about the local culture in Liberia. They wrote...
"Expats in Liberia often find the local culture to be quite different from what they are used to. The lack of infrastructure and resources can be a challenge, as can the language barrier. Additionally, the local customs and traditions can be difficult to understand and navigate. Expats may also find it difficult to adjust to the slower pace of life and the lack of modern conveniences. Finally, the hot and humid climate can be a challenge for those not used to it," remarked another expat in Liberia.
