Bring a hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen to protect yourself from the sun. Bring a mosquito net and insect repellent to protect yourself from mosquitoes and other insects. Bring a first aid kit and any necessary medications. Pack a few items that will help you adjust to the culture, such as books about Myanmar and its people. Finally, make sure to bring a valid passport and any other necessary documents," said a member in Myanmar.
