Bring a hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen to protect yourself from the sun. Bring a mosquito net and insect repellent to protect yourself from mosquitoes and other insects. Bring a first aid kit and any necessary medications. Pack a few items that will help you adjust to the culture, such as books about Myanmar and its people.
