What are medical services in Rwanda like?

Answer this Question

When we asked expats and global nomads about the quality of medical care in Rwanda, they replied...

"Rwanda has made significant progress in improving access to healthcare services in recent years. The government has invested in expanding the number of health centers and hospitals, as well as training more health professionals. Primary healthcare services are available in most parts of the country, and specialized services are available in larger cities. The government also provides free healthcare for pregnant women, children under five, and people living with HIV/AIDS. Additionally, the government has implemented a health insurance scheme to help cover the cost of medical services for those who cannot afford them," said another in Rwanda.
