According to Ukrainian law, foreign citizens and stateless persons are allowed to own real estate in Ukraine, including land, buildings, and apartments. However, foreign citizens and stateless persons are not allowed to own agricultural land in Ukraine. Additionally, foreign citizens and stateless persons must obtain a permit from the Ukrainian government in order to purchase real estate in Ukraine," remarked another expat in Ukraine.
