"Yes, foreigners are allowed to own property in Peru. According to the Peruvian Constitution, foreign citizens and companies are allowed to own real estate in Peru, as long as they are registered with the Peruvian government. Foreigners must obtain a special permit from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in order to purchase property in Peru. Additionally, foreign citizens must have a valid visa in order to purchase property in Peru," said another expat in Peru.
