Employment Offer Consdierations?

Keen to find out more about the following:
What should I consider when reviewing my employment offering, especially when relocating? From my quick review looks like the tax rate means I will pay 10% more in Australia, compared to NZ. I know the 'super' is better, and cost of living appears to be cheaper, but keen to hear from others more experienced than me.

Other tax considerations? Medical/healthcare?
Existing Life Insurance - is this dependent on what country you live in?

Best superb to live in Melbourne? Work will be located to the east, approx 35mins from CBD.
