Assistance Needed for ACS Assessment

I'm Sahil Goura, an IT professional with 4.5 years of experience. I'm applying for a PR visa to Australia (189/190 Skilled Visa) and need an ACS Assessment. This requires letters detailing my roles from all previous employers.

However, my current company won't provide this, citing corporate governance concerns. Without it, my application is stuck.

Moreover, I am not getting any statutory letter from anyone since I joined this company around 6 months ago.

Can you suggest alternatives or advise on what to do in this situation?
