Hello everyone.

Short and sweet.

Hope you can give some much needed advice.

I am a 57 year old Carpenter/Guitar player,Blues,Rock,Pop.

Just looking for somewhere to retire with minimum outlay.

Not interested in buying a property..My needs are simple.

Rent a place with hot water,internet,shops and bars.

Maybe form a band,do some carpentry...also pretty good handyman.
