When we come down in October, we're going to be looking to purchase a small vacation condo. Now, here in the States, a real estate agent will work as a "buyer's agent" and show us listing from every agency in the area we're looking. Is that true in Ambergris Caye too? Or do you have to deal with the seller's agent directly for each property you'd like to see? I've contacted a few agents about some interesting properties, but none have offered - "Oh, you like that one! Well, I can definitely put together a list of comparable properties for you to see when you come out."
Any insight is greatly appreciated. :-)
