Hello Belize Fans.

To Build or Not To Build, that is the question.
Or in Short do you, Buy Already Built' or Build your own place.

I would like to start a thread on this subject.
Lets start it off with Pro's & Con's

Here's my input. and maybe we could expand on a few topical items
Pro's - cheaper, own design, Location, self satisfaction.
Con's - Finding right location, need to fund both homes, Finding right team to build,.
