Be painfully honest!

I have read everything I have been able to get my hands on or perhaps I should say my eyes about living in Belize. I have decided to come to all of you to ask the honest truth. I am a retired law-enforcement officer and live on $1500 a month. Cannot honestly live fairly comfortably on this and still be able to go out occasionally? I am single and dating is expensive, LOL. I also have a motorcycle. Is there good riding to rain there or should I consider selling it? Not sure if I could find a Harley dealer there either? Help me make the right decision folks. Thank you.
