Building a Dock

familiar with the dock permit process, village approval, space between, public usage, and annual fee.

permit aside, like to know if anyone has built a dock, or had one quoted?

looking at 4 feet X 100-120 feet. undecided whether to build from lumber or concrete - this will likely depend on cost. not interested in a floating dock.

no lift. no electricity. no palapas or anything else, just a simple straight dock.

anyone have any experience?
specifically looking for some idea of cost?

dock would be located in corozal if that helps.
