i have got a prepaid mastercard from firstchoicepay. com which is issued by bank in Belize.
I am trying to transfer funds to a friend in pakistan using this master card. I have used multiple options for this, tried westernunion online , moneygram, xoom, transferwise, worldremit .. all of these services accept mastercard payments from USA . when i try to add funds to these services, i get error message that the card is not issued by USA bank.. !!
can anyone guide and refer me a a website similar to above one which accepts mastercard(prepaid) payments which have issuer bank in belize..
i have funds in this mastercard but unable to transfer it to any online wallet e.g skrill, webmoney too because the issuer of this card is not USA bank but Belize ..!!
please suggest some solution, i am really getting very upset now.. :(
