Renting in Corozal

I don't really know that this is a new topic. I'd like to know if someone can give me an idea of how long it might take to find a rental in Corozal Town. I am only asking for a general idea. I can pay up to eight or nine hundred a month but I only want an apartment or small house. Just a wild idea will help.
Of course, any other information you want to share on rentals would be great. Also, will I need a real estate agent to represent me?
