QRP without monthly

Hi, everyone,
I'm planning to move to Belize in 2023.

I know that the QRP program requires proof that I have monthly $2k income.

What if I don't have the income, but sel all of my real estate in the U.S. and have substantial money in the bank.

Does a lumpsum (7 figures) count or is it only a monthly number that will satisfy them?
