crime in Corozal

Hello everybody,

I am going to be in Corozal for a month with plans to relocating there in the future if all goes well. While I am not worried about that monthly long visit I may be for the long term.

I read several threads and articles about crime rate in Belize and in Corozal as well but, since I am focusing on Corozal, I would like to get specific advices from those of you who are either living there or have lived there until up recently (like 2018 and later).

So my question would be what are the most common types of offences and how frequent they happen in town.
