We are not their permanently yet, however, we are going to start the building process.
We understand it is critical to be around (daily) as your home is being built. Regardless of the builder in San Pedro, keeping on top of it is important.
My wife and I are looking to engage with someone with deep construction experience, willing to act as our "proxy" to ensure the project progresses appropriately. We desire someone other than the building contractor we hire and totally independent of that organization.
This person does not need to be a professional construction manager but well experienced in construction.
We will be on the island in March and would love to talk to people interested in working with us.
