Expats in their 20s-30s?

I see that there are a lot of retiree expats moving to Belize which is great- but which areas have the younger expats or people just temporarily staying abroad? I am 24 and would love to know! It seems as though it's mainly Ambergris Caye and San Pedro but those places seem really expensive with no housing available.
