Intro and rent

Hi, my husband and I are in our 70's and retired 10 years ago. We are to the point that our snowy winters are getting too hard on us. Thinking about going the "Snow Bird" migration but not to Arizona. We are not sand, rocks, and gravel people. We have traveled a lot and know that the tropical environmental is our preference. Is it possible to rent in Belize just 3 months out of the year??
