I have a question that I welcome replies to regarding areas on Ambergris Caye..
We have looked at a couple of very nice condos in different areas and would love locals OPINIONS on one based on your experiences there.
Has anyone lived at or near the Residences at Barrier Reef?
It does seem a bit "out there" in regards to not being very close to busier areas and we wonder if anyone there has found this a problem or if you have found that there are enough groups who get together enough to make it more of a sociable lifestyle despite solitude of location? And also if it isn't too much hassle to purchase groceries, etc. in the general area? Any popular "hang outs" or ?? Where people get together?
We did look at a couple of condos further south (in and around Ambergris Lake) Some really nice places but a fairly chaotic area in regards to traffic.
Looking forward to life on the the Bonita Isla
