Starting a Medical Practice/Movement of Dogs

1. Is it feasible for a Nurse Practitioner, whom is moving to Belize with her husband (retired) under the QRP to start a medical practice in Belize?

2. Is there a limit (size, breed, number) for dogs that can move to Belize with owners under the QRP program? We have 2 Giant Schnauzers that are 70lbs/90lbs
