Moving to Shenzhen

I am in the process of negotiating my relo package to Shenzhen and I am hoping someone can help me understand the average cost for a 3 br apartment? Also, is having a car there overrated? This will be a temporary assignment for 1 year, but I want to be sure my daughter and I are covered. I also need to request educational allowance. Would love any feedback or advise anyone could offer
