New in Weifang

Hello
I arrived to Weifang beginning this month from Singapore. The thing is I don't seem to meet any expats here even thru couple of websites. I've heard that Qingdao is about an hour or so from here and would like to visit there sometime in Dec. Would be great if I can get some suggestions of places to visit or to get to know any expats there. Thanks :)
