visa for opening a business

hey everyone!
glad to be here (first post)
and i hope i'll get some help!
i am currently living in qongching sichuan and me and my chinese friend want to open a business together.
im have x1 student visa wich expires at january.
can i register as a business owner with a tourist visa?
can i get a business visa for a year or more?
what visa type do you think will suit me the best?
