Need Rental Info for cotacachi

Hello, We will be making the move to Cotacachi, early Nov. this year. We just sold our home and would like to hear from anyone in Cotacachi or anyone that has good knowledsge of this beautiful town.
If you know of any rentals, must be furnished and accept a small dog and a cat, please let us know.We have information from Gary Scott and would like other avenues to pursue also. Thanks,
