Mandatory Vaccinations?

Hi,
In the United States, there has been rumor of Mandatory Vaccinations for H1N1. This is one of the reasons we are leaving. However, I do not know where Ecuador is with Mandatory Vaccinations, and this could greatly impact my decision to come to Ecuador. Has anyone herd anything about this in Ecuador?
