Internet Service in Quito

Can anyone give me an estimated monthly cost for internet service in Quito proper? My apartment is in the Gonzales Suarez area. I would like to set up a wireless router. I currently use a broadband cable modem in the US and would be interested in something similar in Quito if not too costly.

The names of internet service provider companies in Quito would also be useful and I could search the information in the web. I'm having trouble finding this information at the moment.
