My husband and I are a mature couple, writers. We need a quiet 1-bedroom apartment or house in Quito or nearby. Close to bus stop, grocery store, internet cafes. Fully-furnished with private bathroom, kitchen, telephone, internet ideal. Will consider unfurnished or semi-furnished. No house share unless our quarters have a private entrance.
