Escaping the US

Hello,

I am new to this forum. My husband and I have been on quest to find a country to escape the geo-engineering or "chemtrail" spraying going on here in the US. We have visited Cuenca and liked it a lot. While there, we did not encounter any chemtrails and thought this would be a good place to live a clean life with clean air, water and food. Recently though I have noticed a few videos & pictures pop up online of chemtrails in Cuenca.
I imagine it is not nearly as bad as the here in the US but I wanted to hear from people who live there.
Can someone please comment on how often they see spraying over Cuenca?
