I have not authorized Larry Pioli to sign my name to any documents since July 19, 2013 in regard to selling lots and doing business as Vista Pacifica nor am I liable for any of his financial decisions or handling or mishandling of corporate and private monies.
If you or someone you know has invested or paid money to Larry Pioli for lots in Vista Pacifica since July 19, 2013 you should contact the local registrar of deeds in Jama as your escritura was not signed by me, and my signature was forged on the document. If my signature is not on the document it is also invalid and illegal. The Fiscalia will be notifying all of the lot owners of property sold after July 19, 2013 in any case.
