DHL if you don't take a tion after recieving Clearence event for 10 days or more you will lose your packages go to DHL it's better but you can email. The gentlemen who responds does so in perfect English.

I sent 1 box of Mac & cheese and they said it was no longer for personal use and the fee is $400.00. So I requested it removed. I gave my brothers info, cell number but they said they couldn't contact him ?? not true. But we got the problem solved.
