Seems to be a lot of confusion about the requirements. For instance, I am a sole proprietor of the same company for 18 years as verified through my 1040 filings and P&L. I barely know what an LLC is. My attorney may have his practice as an LLC, but my small company has no need. I can understand the need to prove legitimacy of proprietorship, but how many freelancers are LLCs?
If you hold this visa and work for yourself, what was your experience, and did you use a visa facilitator?
