Can anyone recomend a VPN ?

My cardio up here in the USA has an online porthole (mychart) that refuses IP addresses outside the USA. The solution is a Virtual Private Network, a VPN. This repackages the messages back and forth such that the picky porthole believes it's talking to a USA IP address.

I was vaguely aware of VPNs but now I need to get one.

Anybody doing this in Ecuador for a USA/Canada destination ? if so what VPN ? and are you happy with it ?
