Farming in Manabi

Can we make a small income from selling organic farm products? Is there a market? Not selling at US prices, but not going in the hole either.

My daughter would be moving with me. She's 26. What's the chance that she would find English-speaking companions? We're both learning Spanish here in Puerto Rico. I can read and write fluently and understand about 75%. She's about the same.

Is it difficult to bring animals? We have a herding Australian Shepherd and a rescue cat we've had for 10 years.
