Moving to Vilcabamba

My best friend and I have booked an Airbnb for 1 month in Vilcabamba starting October 1, 2024 while we decide we don't like it and move on to explore more of Ecuador. But if we do like it, we would like to rent a place for 1 year at lowest rent possible. Preferably a house and a casita, but would be ok with a 2 story 3-4 bedroom/2 bath house. Close to town as we walk everywhere. Does anyone in Vilcabamba know of any places?
