Scam email or not?

I received an email from a young lady who apparently is from Adijan. She is 23 and a law student. Her father passed away and left her a certificate from a security company. He has a metal box with them which contains a huge sum of money, in dollars. Her email to me is to ask my help by calling the security company, finding out what the procedure is to get the money out and then she wants me to travel to Abijan to meet her. I will get a % of the money. Does this sound FISHY to anyone else? OR am I being too sceptical?
