Volaris Airlines

Does anyone have experience with flying Volaris Airlines from the US to Guadalajara? Their prices are really cheap but I have read very bad reviews about them. Some reviews say "stay away from Volaris at all cost". They claim that they consistently cancel flights the last minute if they don't have enough passengers and lose your luggage. All comments appreciated.
