Todos Santos

My partner and I have bought a lot in Todos Santos and are in the beginning stages of building a house. We are moving from Dallas, Texas and will live in Mexico full time. One of us has dual (Mexican/USA) citizenships.
Would like to hear the ins and outs of living in Todos Santos and welcome any tips or advice.
