Bought a property in Tulum and closing soon. It’s brand new. Looking for information on fideicomisos. Wasn’t told much about it from my realtor except that it would be about $1500US. Now getting quotes for around $15k US. Anyone have any insights and a reputable, reasonable, recent dealing or recommendation of one?
