Age of RV

Hi there.
Hubby and I are in the midst of making arrangements to move to Mexico - Puerto Vallarta or Huatulco in 2024.
We have an older Gulfstream 1990 that we would like to live in full time in a campground.
I can’t find info on how old the RV can be to enter Mexico or the process of registering it.
Any info greatly appreciated.
