Temporary chiropractic licensure

I want to have some information on a temporary license to practice chiropractic for 4-7 days in Mexico. A friend of mine is organizing a retreat to Mexico for 4-7 days in December. It will either be educational for participants on different health related topics and professions (many are students). I am going as a speaker but I would like to be able to work on people as well. I’m not sure what the legalities are and I was hoping to get some insights on where to look, who to speak with, or what to do. I’d appreciate any advice and information.
