Anyone purchase an urban lot in Mazatlan or other coastal city on the pacific to park and seasonally live in their rv? If so, would love to hear about your experience. Not interested in trailer/rv parks, also want to be in a decent size town/city, not rural. Any problems with zoning or other restrictions to consider. As I understand a lot of urban properties aren’t zoned or loosely zoned…you can have a nice home beside a mechanic shop beside a disco… Want my own land, doesn’t have to be large, enough space to park a small rv, build a roofed structure for small outdoor kitchen and sitting area and room to garden. A city lot should suffice. Cheers
