Finding Help With Consululate Services, Getting a Temporary Resident Visa

We would like to know if anyone has used a "fixer" or professional assistance with obtaining a Temporary Resident Visa in Mexico. More specifically, we are located in Tucson, Arizona, and are looking for local help (either here, or based in Phoenix, if need be).
